What is Aircrew Pro?

Aircrew Pro is a mobile app for airline pilots and cabin crew. It brings your roster, flights, duty hours, notifications and crew messaging into one place, and keeps them up to date as your schedule changes.

How does my roster get into the app?

Your roster is imported from the roster file your airline provides. Once it's processed, your patterns, duties and flights appear in the app, organised day by day. Live flight status (such as delays and gate changes) is then tracked automatically for your rostered flights.

How do I sign in? Is it secure?

You sign in with your email and password, and can enable Face ID / Touch ID for faster, secure access. Your session is protected with token-based authentication and sensitive values are stored in your device's secure storage.

I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you have trouble, send us a message above and we'll help.

How do notifications work?

Aircrew Pro sends push notifications for roster changes and flight updates. You can fine-tune what you receive in the app's notification settings, and manage permissions in your device settings.

Can I add my flights to my phone calendar?

Yes. With your permission, the app can sync your flights and duties to your device calendar, and keep them updated when your roster changes.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your personal data and roster files. You can also email us to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices are supported?

Aircrew Pro is available for iPhone. Please keep your app and iOS updated for the best experience.
